We provide free shipping for online orders over $100.00 NZD within New Zealand.
Orders placed before 1:00 pm on weekdays will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. Please note that during weekends, public holidays, and outside regular business hours, we cannot ship orders, as courier services are not operational.
We are unable to deliver to PO BOXES, so kindly provide your physical address details, including a company name if it’s a work address.
Orders paid by bank deposit will be shipped once funds clear, usually within two working days. For bulk orders, please contact us for shipping rates at support@brainezy.com.

We utilise NZ Post for most New Zealand shipments, typically taking 2-3 days, depending on your region. If you haven’t received your parcel within 3 days or need tracking information, please email us at support@brainezy.com.
